Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate-tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account. Items must be returned within 2 business days of refund request before a refund will be issued. Please contact the affiliate by phone within 3 days of pick-up to request a refund. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s). Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Removal: Once an auction has ended, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. This fee is separate from a late pick-up fee. (held for up to 5 days upon request from the bidder with a $50 holding fee. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will be placed back on auction and resold to the highest bidder after all scheduled loadout times have passed).
In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Exact change is required on cash payments. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. This affiliate accepts only cash, check, or wire transfer onsite. Payment onsite is / is notaccepted at this location. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction.
